Rex Moran Loba has been National President of BIGKIS Inc. since March 2025, and is General Manager of its cooperative, BISIGCO. He leads the movement together with Founding Chairwoman Joy Buendicho.
He previously served in government as Technical Specialist II at the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP). Before that he spent more than twenty years in operations and management, including store and sales management in the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, and operations roles with SM Development Corporation and Manila Water. He brings that discipline to grassroots work in the Philippines.
Bilang Pambansang Pangulo
- Visits chapters, barangays and partner offices to open new chapters and keep existing ones active.
- Leads orientations, oath-takings and leaders' meetings with the regional and chapter officers.
- Connects members with livelihood programs and partner agencies, and helps revive chapters one by one.
- Works with Founding Chairwoman Joy Buendicho on the direction of the movement.
